HIH Club offers free UPS® Standard shipping within the United States on all orders over $100! It's our way of saying thank you for shopping with us!
We ship all orders in the USA via UPS®. We offer several shipping speeds and rates at checkout to suit your needs:
- UPS 2nd Day Air®: Average delivery time is by the end of 2nd business day. 2nd day air is available for all 50 states. Shipping speed may vary for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
- UPS Ground Shipping: Average delivery times are within 1-5 business days. Ground shipping is available for all 50 states.
- UPS Standard Shipping: Average delivery times are within 3-7 business days. Standard shipping is only available within the 48 continental states.

HIH Club offers DHL Express Worldwide® shipping to 13 European countries at this time. (Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom). Average shipping time to Europe is 4-8 business days unless unexpected delays occur.

Please note, packages being shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs or duties fees. Any added fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay and are not included in HIH Club shipping rates.
If a customer fails to pay these charges and the package is lost, rejected, or returned to us as a result, it will be considered non-refundable. This policy reflects the complexities and expenses associated with handling such returns, as well as the increased risk of damage or loss during transit. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, you can ship to a different address than your billing address. During checkout, simply enter your desired shipping address in the "Shipping Address" section and your billing address in the "Billing Address" section. Be sure to double-check both addresses for accuracy before completing your order.
Shipping costs will reflect based on your shipping address, not your billing address.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to cancel your order, please email our customer service team at hello@hihclub.com within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to process your cancellation before the order has shipped.
If your cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate an online return Here. Please follow the prompted return instructions.
If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been shipped we will cancel it for you and issue a refund. Order cancellations will be refunded exclusively to the original form of payment and cannot be converted into store credit. Depending on your credit card or bank, refunds to the original form of payment can take up to 30 business days.

While we strive to get your order to you promptly, unforeseen carrier delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or due to weather. Please allow a few extra business days for delivery.
Contact the Carrier
For any delays or concerns, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance. For orders within the US please reach out to UPS®. For shipments to Canada or Europe please contact DHL®. The carrier may have you file a missing package claim, request a delivery investigation or file a refund claim through them.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Please note: once your order has been handed over to the carrier, they assume full responsibility for its delivery. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages after they are in the carrier's possession. For any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. HIH Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Check Your Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website. Sometimes, delays occur due to issues with the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered for some time but you’re unable to locate it, it may have been misplaced or stolen. Similarly, if the tracking information hasn’t been updated for an extended period, your package may be lost in transit.
Contact the Carrier
For stolen packages or packages lost in transit, contact the carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance. For orders within the US please reach out to UPS®. For shipments to Canada or Europe please contact DHL®.
File a Claim
Most carriers, including UPS and DHL, allow customers to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. The carrier may require documentation such as proof of purchase or a description of the package contents.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of purchase date.
Eligible items are unused products in their original, perfect condition. This means unused, unworn and with tags attached. Please make sure that your return meets this criteria before sending it back to us.
Please note that final sale items, such as stickers, are not eligible for a return. If an item is final sale it will be noted for you at checkout.

Securely package your return and mail it back to us using the prepaid return label. Ship your return back within 7 days of initiating the return. Whenever possible, please ship items back in their original packaging whenever possible. Be sure to keep track of your return tracking information.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria and is in unused, original condition. After your return is approved, we will promptly process your refund in the form you selected during the return process (store credit or a refund). We strive to provide you with high quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if your order ever arrives damaged or incomplete, we’re here to help.
If your order is damaged, please email us at hello@hihclub.com as soon as possible, including your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition.
We handle damaged orders on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a resolution that works for you.

Can I return an item gifted to me?
Gifted items can be returned for store credit, provided they meet our return criteria.
Please note that gift returns are eligible for store credit only.
If you’d like to return an item received as a gift please email us at hello@hihclub.com with the order number and the return address to be used for the return label. We’ll provide you with a cost-free return label via email.
Kindly package your return securely, using the original packaging if possible, and send it back to us. Once we receive and approve your return, we will notify you via email and issue store credit for the value of the order.

How are your products made?
How are your products made?
We are proud to be a women-owned and operated business based in Newport Beach, California. All of our products are thoughtfully designed by our founder Esther, who lovingly creates each graphic, product and fabric print.
All of our products are made from locally sourced or imported materials. Every product is printed and sewn with care by our talented friends in Orange County. Once finished, we personally inspect each item for quality and package it with love in our garage office in Newport Beach before sending it off to you!

What is the best way to care for the pickle charms?
What is the best way to care for the pickle charms?
Our pickle charms are designed to be low-maintenance, thanks to their high-quality faux fur, which doesn’t require cleaning. To keep the hardware looking its best, simply polish or wipe it down gently with a dry microfiber cloth.
If the satin bow gets stained, we recommend spot cleaning with warm water and mild soap, then allowing it to air dry completely. Please avoid getting the hardware wet, and never wash the faux fur or place the pickle in a washing machine or dryer. With proper care, your pickle charm will stay looking fabulous!
