RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of purchase date.
Eligible items are unused products in their original, perfect condition. This means unused, unworn and with tags attached. Please make sure that your return meets this criteria before sending it back to us.
Please note that final sale items, such as stickers, are not eligible for a return. If an item is final sale it will be noted for you at checkout.

HIH Club reserves the right to deny returns and refunds under the following, but not limited to, these circumstances:

STARTING A RETURN
To initiate a return, simply log in to your HIH Club account Here and follow the guided steps. During the process, you can select either store credit or a refund to your original payment method. A cost-free return label will be emailed to you.
Securely package your return and mail it back to us using the prepaid return label. Ship your return back within 7 days of initiating the return. Whenever possible, please ship items back in their original packaging whenever possible. Be sure to keep track of your return tracking information.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria and is in unused, original condition. After your return is approved, we will promptly process your refund in the form you selected during the return process (store credit or a refund). Store credit will be made available for immediate use after we inspect and approve your return. Depending on your credit card or bank, refunds to the original form of payment can take up to 30 days.

EXCHANGES
At this time, HIH Club does not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please complete the return process and place a new order for the desired item. To initiate a return, Click Here and follow the guided steps. During the process, you can choose between store credit, which can be used toward your new item, or a refund to your original payment method. Store credit will be made available for immediate use after we inspect and approve your return. Depending on your credit card or bank, refunds to the original form of payment can take up to 30 days.
PROMOTIONS
Unless otherwise stated, items purchased at full price using a promotional discount are eligible for return if they meet our return criteria. Final Sale items, such as stickers, are always final sale. If an item is a final sale, it will be noted for you at checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order, please email our customer service team at hello@hihclub.com within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to process your cancellation before the order has shipped.
If your cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate an online return Here. Please follow the prompted return instructions.
If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been shipped we will cancel it for you and issue a refund. Order cancellations will be refunded exclusively to the original form of payment and cannot be converted into store credit. Depending on your credit card or bank, refunds to the original form of payment can take up to 30 business days.
INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED ORDERS

We handle damaged orders on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a resolution that works for you.
If your order ever arrives incomplete, please email us at hello@hihclub.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and tell us what item(s) were missing. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
DISCOUNT CODES
If you used a discount code on an order you’re returning and plan to place a new order, please contact us at hello@hihclub.com We’ll provide you with a new discount code of equal value to use on your replacement order.
Please note that HIH Club does not refund the value of discount codes.
EXCHANGING A GIFT
Gifted items can be returned for store credit, provided they meet our return criteria. Please note that gift returns are eligible for store credit only.
If you’d like to return an item received as a gift please email us at hello@hihclub.com with the order number and the return address to be used for the return label. We’ll provide you with a cost-free return label via email.
Kindly package your return securely, using the original packaging if possible, and send it back to us. Once we receive and approve your return, we will notify you via email and issue store credit for the value of the order.
