Our team fulfills orders Monday- Friday. Please allow 2 full business days to process your order.
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
Additionally, HIH Club uses the Shop app to give you easy access to manage and track your delivery, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way.
All orders are processed and shipped from Newport Beach, California USA.
Currently, HIH Club ships orders within the United States, Canada and 13 European countries. We are excited to expand our shipping options to more locations in the near future!
TO SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN YOUR BILLING ADDRESS
During checkout, simply enter your desired shipping address in the "Shipping Address" section and your billing address in the "Billing Address" section. Be sure to double-check both addresses for accuracy before completing your order!
Shipping costs will reflect based on the address your order is being shipped to- not your billing address.

HIH Club offers free UPS® Standard shipping within the United States on all orders over $100! It's our way of saying thank you for shopping with us!
We ship all orders in the USA via UPS®. We offer several shipping speeds and rates at checkout to suit your needs:

UPS 2nd Day Air®: Average delivery time is by the end of 2nd business day. 2nd day air is available for all 50 states. Shipping speed may vary for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS Ground Shipping: Average delivery times are within 1-5 business days. Ground shipping is available for all 50 states.

UPS Standard Shipping: Average delivery times are within 3-7 business days. Standard shipping is only available within the 48 continental states.

For orders under $100, you will be presented with your cheapest and quickest shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the shipping speed you select, the destination of your order, and the weight of the items. Your exact shipping cost will be shown to you during the checkout process.

HIH Club offers DHL Express Worldwide® shipping to all 13 Canadian provinces. Average shipping time to Canada is 4-8 business days unless unexpected delays occur.
EUROPE
HIH Club offers DHL Express Worldwide® shipping to 13 European countries at this time. (Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom). Average shipping time to Europe is 4-8 business days unless unexpected delays occur.

DHL Express shipping costs are based on the destination of your order, and the weight of the items. Your exact shipping cost will be shown to you during the checkout process.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND FEES
Please note, packages being shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs or duties fees. Any added fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay and are not included in HIH Club shipping rates.
If a customer fails to pay these charges and the package is lost, rejected, or returned to us as a result, it will be considered non-refundable. This policy reflects the complexities and expenses associated with handling such returns, as well as the increased risk of damage or loss during transit. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIMELINE

Check Your Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website. Sometimes, delays occur due to issues with the carrier.
Allow for Extra Time
While we strive to get your order to you promptly, unforeseen carrier delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or due to weather. Please allow a few extra business days for delivery. If you have not received your package within two weeks of the estimated delivery date, reach out to the carrier.
Contact the Carrier
For any delays or concerns, contact the carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance. For orders within the US please reach out to UPS®. For shipments to Canada or Europe please contact DHL®. If it has some time since the expected delivery date, the carrier may have you file a missing package claim, request a delivery investigation or file a refund claim through them.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package shows as delivered for some time but you’re unable to locate it, it may have been misplaced or stolen. Similarly, if the tracking information hasn’t been updated for an extended period, your package may be lost in transit.

For stolen packages or packages lost in transit, contact the carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance. For orders within the US please reach out to UPS ®. For shipments to Canada or Europe please contact DHL ®.
File a Claim
Most carriers, including UPS and DHL, allow customers to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. The carrier may require documentation such as proof of purchase or a description of the package contents.
